Destiny MT offers medical transcription services with competitive pricing. We do not intend to be the cheapest medical transcription service available and cut quality, but our desire is to offer high-quality, personalized service in an affordable, economical way.

Destiny MT adheres to the pricing guidelines of the MTIA billing principles of verifiability, definability, measurability, consistency, and integrity.

All medical transcription is based upon a per line charge of 12¢.  A line is defined as 65 characters including spaces.  Character counts are done with MS Word and rounded up to the nearest line.  Billing information includes character counts as well as line counts for the client to be able to verify their billing.

STAT service charges are a 100% extra surcharge per STAT line. So if your normal charge is 10¢ per line, then the work sent to us for STAT service will be 20¢/line.

Discounts are available for large use of templates, high volume of transcription, and clear dictation.  Higher rates may apply for poor dictation, poor voice recorder quality, heavy accents, or for other reasons that the actual dictation is consistently difficult to hear or understand.

Payment is easy with either electronic bank transfer or payment by check following each monthly bill.

We can also assist you in the purchase of digital recording equipment as well as computer hardware and software if needed.
