In what format are the transcribed files ?
We return all transcription in MS Word document formats or Open Office format. We do not support other word processors such as Word Perfect.

Who fixes problems with the report ?
Simple problems can be easily fixed by your office staff. However, we can and will fix any problem you like and resend the document.
3.
What is the standard turnaround ?
Standard turnaround is within 2 working days. Usually, transcription uploaded by 8:00 PM will be back in your office by 8:00 AM on the second working day, i.e. Monday evening’s transcription will be back Wednesday morning.
4.
Is STAT turnaround offered ?
STAT turnaround is approximately a 12-hour turnaround. Work uploaded by 8:00 PM will be back to you at 8:00 AM regardless of weekends or holidays.
5.
Can Destiny MT files be used with EMR systems ?
No, not at this time.
6.
How long are files stored ?
We store your dictation audio files and your documents for a minimum of one year. We anticipate that you will archive them yourself and our archive will act as a backup for you.
7.
How are archived files accessed ?
You may request a file by email, and it will be placed in your folder on the FTP site as soon as possible.
