1. How do I start ?
Signing up is nothing more than contacting us at Destiny MT to begin the process of getting your office set up for digital MT. contact Destiny MT.

2. Can I call Destiny MT ?
The best way to contact Destiny MT is to email us.  If you need a phone conversation, send an email telling us your phone number and the time that is most convenient, and we will call you.

3. How quickly can I get set up ?
It may take up to one week for the setup to be complete as long as all of the hardware has already been purchased.

4. Does Destiny MT have a trial period ?
We can offer you a brief trial period depending upon your desires. Honestly, it takes a few weeks to a few months sometimes to work out the technical bugs in any new system. Much of that will depend upon your technical know-how and the clarity of your dictation.

5. What software does Destiny MT provide ?
It includes required FTP software, Open Office (optional use), and instructions on how to download these. These programs are very high quality and free.

6. Are software installation and setup difficult ?
Installation is very easy. We have designed user-friendly instructions for the setup so that a nontechnical person can set up the needed software.

7. What about templates ?
We do not include templates but will help you design customized templates for your specific transcription needs at no additional cost. We will use your system as well as your templates and formatting for your medical transcription.
